II. Documents characterizing each vessel of the Company’s fleet:

A. Documents identifying her national belonging including:

• Certificate of Navigation under the State Flag of Ukraine (ships patent);
• Ownership Certificate;
• Registration Certificate for the Vessels Sailing under the State Flag of Ukraine.

B. Documents characterizing a vessel:

• Classification Certificate;
• International Load Line Certificate;
• International Tonnage Certificate.

C. Documents confirming the nomenclature of the transported cargoes:

• Bulk Cargoes Shipping Certificate with the list of cargoes approved for shipping;
• Dangerous Cargoes Shipping Certificate with the list of dangerous cargoes approved for shipping;
• Grain Shipping Certificate.

D. Vessel documents on safety management system:

• Safety Management Certificate ;
• Vessel’s guide on safety management system;
• Minimum Crew Certificate.

E. Documents confirming the compliance with the requirements of the International Convention SOLAS-74:

• Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate ;
• Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate ;
• Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate ;
• Tested Lifting Equipment Certificate.

F. Documents on environment protection:

• concerning prevention of oil pollutions;

III. Documents on H&M risks insurance and P&I risks insurance:

A. Insurance policy on hull and machinery insurance of the insurance company UASK “ASKA”, Donetsk, Ukraine with the reinsurance of risks in JSC “Ingosstrakh”, Moscow, Russia.

B. Insurance policy on P&I risks of shipowner/bareboat charterer insurance of the company British Marine Luxemburg S.A., London, Great Britain.

The specialists of the company have worked out the documents on the analysis of vessels protection and the general plan of vessels protection that presently are under approval at Maritime Register of Ukraine in compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code.

At the present moment Quality Management System is being worked out in compliance with the ISO 9002 standard.
